NOTE: AlfaOBD can not open outputs of the FCA Group vehicles connected to OnBoard Diagnostics (OBD2) port. AlfaOBD will ignore them. This cannot be bypassed by any means. Therefore, FCA group cars cannot be fully supported by AlfaOBD unless you add support into AlfaOBD itself.NOTE: AlfaOBD does not support diagnostic procedures for foreign vehicles. Perinatal process including some of the AlfaOBD native functions are not supported by any mode of operation for these foreign vehicles.NOTE: Some newer FCA Group vehicles have SGW installed. This protects them from the unauthorized reading by third-party scan tools. These vehicles have built-in CAN bus on pins 12&13 that are connected to the diagnostic port. The SGW blocks the communication with unauthorized devices, which use pin 12. Therefore, remote access to this CAN bus is not supported. Consequently, AlfaOBD will not access the car or the ECU. To access the diagnostic port, a bypass is required. The presence of a bypass is described in application help. If you do not know if your vehicle is protected (check the serial number) download the AlfaOBD for Android from Google Play and check your device in the list of supported devices
